Refund policy

At The Kala Nest, each frame is carefully handcrafted and personalized. Since our products are made-to-order, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product was delivered damaged, defective, or broken.

The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong design, size, or personalization).

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@thekalanest.com.

Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product and packaging must be provided.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging and will re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom frames are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Incorrect personalization details (names, dates, photos) provided by the customer.

Returns requested due to a change of mind.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will:

Provide a replacement product at no extra cost.

In certain cases, issue a store credit of the same value for your next order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only if:

We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen reasons.

A replacement is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for extra shipping charges incurred for returning a product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Email us at sales@thekalanest.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your Order ID, issue details, and photos/videos of the product.

Our team will review and confirm the next steps.

The Kala Nest reserves the right to approve or deny any return/refund request.
