At The Kala Nest, every frame is custom-made with love and care. We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time, so you can cherish your memories without delay.

Processing Time

Since our products are customized, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and production after order confirmation.

During festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time within India is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

For metro cities, orders may arrive earlier.

Remote or rural locations may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders.

Extra shipping charges may apply for urgent deliveries, bulk orders, or remote locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.

You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability at delivery time, re-shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
